This treatment provides deep relaxation and it is designed especially for our Spa Queens.

The session begins with herb bundles of organic peppermint and lavender to calm and uplift the emotions while cooling tired muscles. Hot stones are used to massage in a special blend of therapeutic oils including clary sage; which contains natural phyto-estrogens known to have a balancing effect on hormones, and sage, a balm for aching muscles as well as a calming influence. This synergist blend has been known to produce feelings of profound relaxation and well being, even euphoria. Do not plan on driving or operating any heavy machinery for a while after this session.

When you need a little pick me up

A combination of freshly dried lavender for relaxation and lemon verbena for its cheerful mood lifting ability together With a stone massage whisk away the blues.
We use our sunshine in a bottle a blend of bergamot, petit' grain, and rose geranium during the massage. This mixture is renowned for it's ability to cut through the darkest clouds. All your stress and anxiety melts away leaving you with a peaceful smile on your face.

Note: Not suitable during pregnancy and if you are experiencing liver problems or epilepsy. Limit sun exposure for 4-6 hours after the treatment.

Whether you've golfed 18 holes or done fierce battle with the weeds in your flower patch, this treatment will refresh your aching muscles.

This gentle, non-invasive method relieves pain and stress while promoting balance, harmony and healing.

This massage begins with the application of wonderful warm paraffin that acts as a deep heating treatment to loosen up any tight muscles. A variety of techniques are applied in this session concentrating on the back, shoulder and neck area of the body releasing tension where you need it the most.

We apply a peppermint balm to the feet after your warm paraffin wax treatment to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

Because different points on your feet are connected to specific areas in your body, our experienced therapists apply concentrated pressure to those points stimulating reflex zones in the feet to restore function and health in the whole body.

Note: We can add a $10.00 stimulating peppermint mask upgrade.

Muscle Release Technique, a very unique therapy, that combines compression, extension, movement and breath that gives the therapist a tool to provide in some cases relief in one treatment.

With Muscle Release Technique scar tissues is broken up, the muscle lengthened, muscle memory restored, and relief from pain typically starts immediately.

Slow deep strokes and direct pressure on constricted areas and trigger points combined with stretching exercises and other customized techniques to combat chronic pattern of tension are the main focus in this massage treatment.

These techniques may be concentrated in a few areas of great need, or a more general deep massage can be performed for those who simply wish to have deep pressure in a full body massage.
